Staging Consultations
Our staging consultations are detailed and comprehensive. We walk and talk throughout the home and address everything from updates to curb appeal and clutter consultation (what furniture and other items need to be removed). An important focus is furniture placement and accessorizing. The goal is to share with the homeowner everything that should be done to make sure the property is market-ready. Various options are provided considering time and desired monetary investment. Starting at $199.
Occupied Services
Occupied Staging is our specialty! Our home staging services for occupied homes provide you and your clients with staging inventory that brings the “wow” factor to the property. The home is elevated with accessories and decor (wall art, artificial plants, small furniture, lighting, pillows, blankets, bedding, towels, rugs, etc.). These items are rented from Design Style Kingston’s staging inventory. Staging day is typically a full 8 hours. Homes that only need some accessories and decor (and do not require furniture or large art) may only require a shorter timeframe for styling (3 to 4 hour installation). We have various options to meet your needs.
Vacant listings
Beautiful modern furnishings in our staging inventory have been curated for your vacant listing. Our expert styling beautifully highlights your property’s best features. A stunning product is created for professional marketing photos and to create that emotional connection for buyers during showings. Your listing will stand out beautifully!
