What does “Professional” home staging actually mean?  A professional home stager has completed a certification in home staging and should be a member of a professional staging organization.  Home staging is their career, not just an interest or a past-time.

Hi, I’m Susan Poffley of Design Style Kingston.  I received my professional certification in January 2023; I am a certified staging expert.  I am also a member of the Real Estate Staging Association (RESA®).  As a member of RESA I uphold a professional code of ethics, I attend monthly meetings in Ottawa, and I complete regular additional trainings on design trends, colour consultations, and other home staging-related topics.

I work hand in hand with your real estate agent, with the common goal of getting you the best price for your home, as quickly as possible.
